The company logo may be uploaded with your sponsorship form or emailed to april@chesapeakesc.org no later than August 24, 2026 to ensure inclusion in all available sponsorship opportunities. The preferred logo file format for printing is a vector file (.EPS, .AI, .SVG) and provides the clearest company representation when enlarged to print on the conference banner. Marketing teams generally keep a copy of this logo in their file; if you’re unsure if the logo will work, please send it over and we will review this for you.
