Tabletops are located on the second floor, including the upstairs foyer and open hallway near the breakout rooms. Though these spaces have a more relaxed flow than the bustling main level, they still offer excellent chances for brand exposure and meaningful attendee connections. Tabletops cannot accommodate equipment larger than tabletop displays.

Exhibitor Check-In & Equipment drop-off will be at Meeting & Banquet Entrance.
The conference will run from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm on September 24, 2026.
Exhibitor set-up will take place on the evening of Wednesday, September 23, 2026, and from 6:00 am to 7:15 am on September 24, 2026. All booth set-ups must be finalized by 7:30 am to ensure a smooth start.
Exhibitor registration is $895 for a Premier Exhibitor Booth Package and $550 for a Tabletop Exhibitor Package. Payment must be received no later than September 11, 2026.
