When is the Conference & Expo?
The 2026 Chesapeake Region Safety Council Safety and Health Conference & Expo is on Thursday, September 24, 2026 from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
Where is the conference being held?
The 2026 conference will take place at Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel located in Towson, MD.
What is the cost to attend the conference?
Attendee registration is $199. Take advantage of early bird pricing at $169 by signing up before July 31, 2026.
If you sign up 4 attendees, you get a 5th attendee for free!
All attendees must be from the same company.

Is there a military discount?
Yes! Active and retired military can attend the conference at the discounted rate of $149.
To register with the military discount, send a copy of the completed registration form along with a copy of your military ID or DD214 form to registrations@chesapeakesc.org.
Please note, you cannot receive the military rate by registering online.
How do I register as an attendee for the conference?
To register for the conference, visit our Registration Page and complete the online form. Note: Payment must be made at the time of registration.

How do I become a sponsor?
To see the sponsorship opportunities currently available, visit our Sponsor Page. Once you choose a sponsorship level you can complete the online form.
Sponsorship opportunities fill up fast, be sure to sponsor early to secure the sponsorship level you’re interested in!
