Fill out the Speaker Proposal Application and provide detailed responses to each question.
Submit the completed form and any additional reference materials by June 1, 2026.
Your proposal will be reviewed by the conference committee for consideration and you will be notified by July 1, 2026.
Share your knowledge and experience with a wide array of professionals in the occupational safety and health industry.
A complimentary ticket to the CRSC Safety and Health Conference & Expo will be provided to the approved speaker.
Interact with attendees to increase your network and foster relationships with other professionals in the safety and health industry.
The Chesapeake Region Safety Council leverages educational conference breakout sessions to foster innovation in the Safety and Health field. We seek out individuals who are willing to share their knowledge and expertise without any compensation for speaking or travel expenses, as this reflects our commitment to fostering strong relationships and upholding the community-focused values upon which our organization was built. In recognition of their contributions, all presenters receive complimentary conference registration and are recognized on our website and social media platforms.
The 2026 conference will take place at Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel located in Towson, MD. 903 Dulaney Valley Rd, Towson, MD 21204
The conference will run from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm on September 24, 2026.
Check-in and the first exhibitor visit session will run from 7:30 am – 8:00 am followed promptly by the welcome remarks.
Our conference committee will review all speaker proposals and finalize the breakout room schedule by the end of August 2026. A committee member will contact you with a response to your application by July 1, 2026.
Speaker materials and next steps will be sent following application approval.
A videographer and photographer will be present to capture highlights from our conference. While they will not specifically focus on the breakout sessions, you may appear in photos or in the background of video footage.
The video footage will be used to showcase the conference and will be accessible only to CRSC. It may appear on our conference website and be used for marketing future CRSC events, but it will not be shared externally.
Please note that the breakout sessions will not be recorded.
To the best of our knowledge, there will be no media present at this event.
