Rise Under Pressure

About

Caleb Campbell

Once known as “America’s Athlete”, Caleb Campbell is a West Point graduate and former Army officer who became the second player in the history of West Point to ever be selected in the NFL draft and the first player, under a new policy implemented by the Department of Defense (DOD), given the permission to play and serve simultaneously.
Today, as an inspirational speaker on burnout, mental health, and leadership, Caleb uses his story to connect with audiences who are running on empty while trying to meet relentless demands in a world that refuses to slow down. But most importantly, he offers an actionable and transformative framework that helps others unlock the courage to face this discomfort and turn the pressures into a pathway to something greater–transforming not just how we lead, but the overall quality of our lives.

When not on a stage, Caleb spends his time at home in Nashville, TN, trying to convince his wife, Kara, that their daughter, Sophie, and their son, Rune, absolutely need a Bernese Mountain Dog Puppy. So far, Kara remains unconvinced, but Caleb remains undeterred.

We’re living in a time when the pressure to keep going—to keep producing, achieving, and holding it all together—is relentless. And the world isn’t slowing down.
